Goytre Wharf is an industrial heritage site on the edge of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales in the United Kingdom. Situated on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal near Abergavenny it has some of the best preserved lime kilns in the country. In the 1960’s the canal was restored and the wharf became a base for private and hire leisure craft. Today there is a large mooring basin and it also has a heritage centre, wonderful country walks through forested areas with an abundance of wildlife.

Since taking up photography I have always tried to bring something new and different to my viewers so you will find many different styles in my truly eclectic portfolio. I live in the Rhymney Valley in South East Wales. I have had several of my images published in one of the major photography magazines and have won prizes with others in some local photographic competitions.
