Artist's Description
Flat Holm and Steep Holm are two carboniferous limestone islands lying in the Bristol Channel between Wales and England.
Flat Holm comes under Welsh jurisdiction and comes under Cardiff City Council area and includes the most southerly point of Wales while Steep Holm comes under English jurisdiction being part of North Somerset.
They are seen here from Penarth Pier.
